FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

How much does it cost?

Every project is different, so we don't have a fixed price list. Once we understand what you're looking to build — usually through a call or two — we'll put together a clear quote that covers everything. No hidden extras. For larger projects we'll agree a deposit upfront; smaller work is invoiced on completion. Everything is agreed in writing before we start.

How do I know if my idea is possible?

Bring it to us and we'll figure it out together. We're not here to judge what you want to build — just to work out how to make it happen. If there are limitations or a better way of approaching something, we'll tell you honestly.

What do you need from me to get started?

Not as much as you might think. A conversation is enough to get the ball rolling. We'll ask the right questions, explore what you're trying to achieve, and turn that into a plan. You don't need documents, wireframes, or a technical spec — just an idea of what you want.

How long will it take?

It depends on the size and complexity of the project. We'll give you a realistic timeline as part of your quote, and we'll keep you updated throughout so there are no surprises.

Who owns what gets built?

You do, always. We can hand over everything — source code included — or manage and host it on your behalf so you never have to think about it. Either way, the product is yours.

What if my requirements change?

We build in flexibility where we can. Small changes along the way are part of the process. If something bigger shifts, we'll have an honest conversation about what that means for the timeline and cost — no nasty surprises, just a sensible discussion.
